The 70 micron mesh bag hits the "sweet spot" for trichome collection. In most plant material, the majority of mature resin glands fall within the 70–90 micron range.
This means that by collecting the crystals in this range, you get the highest percentage of resin glands relative to potential impurities.
Since trichome size is also an indicator of resin gland maturity, you will most likely get the best quality of your product in the 70 micron bag.
