By visiting the site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to use our service and to be bound by the following terms. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms at any time: it is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To use this website you must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country), be fully aware of the local laws concerning growing equipment and use our products exclusively for legal and permitted purposes.

3. Use of products

All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for legal cultivation and technical purposes. We do not sell seeds, plants or controlled substances. You are solely responsible for knowing the local laws and for ensuring that the purchase and use of any product comply with the law. Gro.w.LaB is not responsible for improper or illegal use or for the consequences of customers' actions.

4. Prices, orders and payments

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT at 8.1%; shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund of the amount paid. Payments are made at checkout using the methods indicated. Prices may change without notice: the price in force at the time the order is submitted applies.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship throughout Switzerland in neutral, discreet packaging. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping details. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, images, logo, graphics) is the property of MeO-LaB GmbH or of the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

MeO-LaB GmbH is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products, for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, or for legal consequences arising from unauthorised or illegal use of the products. Mandatory statutory provisions remain reserved.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for any dispute is the registered office of MeO-LaB GmbH (Quartino, Canton of Ticino), subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
