Canna COGr Buffer Agent – Buffer for coco slabs (1 L / 5 L)
Essential product, indispensable for soaking COGr slabs
Canna COGr Buffering Agent
Liquid developed specifically for soaking and buffering COGr slabs. Created by CANNA specifically for pre-treating this growing medium.
About Canna COGr
Alongside the CANNA Coco line there is also CANNA COGr, a coco substrate of the same quality but with a coarser structure, intended for the experienced coco grower.
With this substrate, nutrients can be delivered to the plant better and more precisely. COGr slabs are compressed and therefore take up much less space, making them ideal for transport. The coco slabs are also rigid and extremely light! After transport, the slabs expand back to their original size.
- CANNA COGr Vega and Flores have been developed specifically for use on COGr slabs.
The proven COGr range is currently becoming the preferred method for growing on coco slabs in the Netherlands. Compressed, unbuffered coco slabs form the basis of this system. Before use, the grower must soak the slabs in the special COGr Buffering Agent and then feed with COGr Vega during the growth phase. In the flowering phase, the switch is made to COGr Flores. COGr Vega and COGr Flores contain humic and fulvic acids, which promote nutrient uptake, and silicon for greater resistance to diseases and pests.
If you wish to use this system in pots, buffer the slabs as normal and then fill the pots. Each slab yields 21 to 25 litres of uncompressed coco. 1 litre of COGr Buffering Agent is diluted in 500 litres of water, one application per harvest. A 2-litre pack of COGr nutrients (1 litre A, 1 litre B) makes up to 250 litres of full-strength nutrient solution. Universal formulation for hard and soft water.
Available sizes: 1 L, 5 L.
