The Qnubu Press Lion is a fully automatic press developed for rosin extraction professionals. It is Qnubu's most refined and advanced model. It is suitable for industrial processes and has two rectangular plates of 15 x 20 cm and 7.6 x 25 cm, designed so that extraction between the plates takes as little time as possible.
You can also place several bags in the same press cycle, processing two or three bags at the same time.
The combination of pressure and temperature releases the resin and essential oils and separates them from the plant material without the need for hazardous chemical solvents.
Quickly and easily, your extraction is ready in a few minutes, with no further steps required.
Use
- Connect the unit to the mains and press the press's power switch.
- Set the desired pressure, temperature and time parameters.
- Wait for the thermostat to reach the set temperature.
- Place the correctly packed plant material between the plates.
- Operate the pressure crank and press the countdown button.
- At the end of the countdown, the press gives an audible signal.
- To release the pressure on the plates, turn the pressure valve to the left. The hydraulic system releases the pressure and the plates open automatically.
