Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 45 L
Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 is a combination of two high-quality substrates: Euro Pebbles and Cocos Premium. This mix contains 60% expanded clay and 40% coco and is particularly suitable for growing in pots and in recirculating systems. Expanded clay has a low water-holding capacity and a high oxygen capacity. This makes it the ideal mix for the growth and flowering of your plant!
Benefits
With Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 you grow on a substrate containing 60% expanded clay and 40% coco, so you benefit from the properties of both raw materials. With the fully buffered coco you have a coco substrate that meets the highest quality standards, with a low initial EC value. The expanded clay ensures even better drainage and more oxygen, which benefits root development.
Thanks to the expanded clay in Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40, water drains away quickly. This gives the substrate a better oxygen balance and prevents rot. In addition, the expanded clay brings more oxygen into the substrate. The roots can therefore develop even better and form a good basis for the transport of water and nutrients.
The coco in Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 is fully buffered. What makes it special is that it is more heavily buffered than similar products. Unwanted salts are removed in several buffering stages. This ensures that nutrients, for example from Cocos A & B, can be absorbed under optimal conditions.

Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 is a substrate for direct use when planting and repotting flowering plants. Start feeding from day one. Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 can be reused.
