Plagron Seedbox (germination kit)
The Seedbox is the ideal starter for every grower.
Each set contains a propagation tray with a clear lid, 12 germination plugs and a bottle of the exclusive Plagron Seed Booster. Follow the clear instructions in the manual in your language and your seeds will germinate and grow into perfect plants.
The secret of this set is the Seed Booster. This stimulator contains a protective anti-rot enzyme that gently penetrates the seed coat and makes even the most difficult seeds germinate.
The Seedbox contains
- Propagation tray with clear dome
- 12 expandable peat discs
- 250 ml Seed Booster
Dosage and use
- Pour the entire bottle of Seed Booster into the tray with the growing plugs. Wait a few minutes until the liquid has been completely absorbed.
- Pick up the seed with clean hands or tweezers and plant it 5 mm deep in the plugs.
- Place the clear dome on the tray. Make sure the dome fits exactly between the two ridges inside the tray. The tray must be completely closed.
- Place the closed tray with its lid in a room at a temperature of 20-24 ˚C.
- After 4-7 days the seeds begin to germinate. Remove the clear dome and put it back on the tray slightly offset. This creates small openings that let fresh air reach the plants.
- Provide enough light: this produces sturdy seedlings. When the plants touch the plastic dome, it can be removed. As soon as the roots grow out of the propagation blocks, you can continue growing the plants as usual.
