Why Leaf·Coat offers better protection in all conditions
When the atmosphere becomes too hot and humid (above 28 ºC), Leaf·Coat helps the plant avoid losing too much water through evaporation. At the same time, the layer of natural latex that forms around the leaves supports the plant's respiration and stops it from “sweating”. When the temperature then drops, for example in the winter months, Leaf·Coat protects against the cold by maintaining leaf temperature.
As an ecological alternative to pesticides, Leaf·Coat could not be better or safer. Needing fewer pesticides also saves money. Another advantage: unlike synthetic and toxic products, it smells pleasant and does not cause irritation. Because Leaf·Coat is not absorbed by the plants, it does not affect the flavour of the fruit either.
Use
Leaf Coat does not need to be diluted with water: apply it directly from the bottle, preferably with a sprayer. Spray all leaves and flowers and repeat about twice a week until two weeks before the end of flowering.
Within a few hours of application, an ultra-thin elastic layer of 1.5 micrometres forms on the leaves. Its beneficial effect lasts up to two weeks, until it is naturally broken down by light or sunlight.
